Netspend assisted in a crime!

I bought a Netspend prepaid Master card within the expectations of utilizing the card in under safe locations, Touring, spending onetime expenses, online purchases... Yadda yadda yadda. I've had my Identification taken previously and Iam attempting to avoid it from occurring again. I visited a hillbilly gas-station situated in North Park named Golden State, on Tx and El Cajon, so when I attempted to make use of my card inside I had been informed "number! Venture out der".
