Sun Twin 1500 Elite it doesn't work and they say were getting action But 3 weeks no Action It's BAD. Canton

I order an Sun Twin 1500 Elite from Edenpurestore.com. It is an electric heater that work for 2 weeks and then quit. For the last 3 weeks have been trying to get them to have me return it and I still have no action.
It was order through Affordable Heat, LLC and they keep telling me there sister company is the fault. I do not need this heater this summer I need it now especially today when it is -5 degress outside.

Their service Stinks since Jan. 3 it does not work and now it is Jan. 18th and still no action.

I also emailed Paul Harvey twice and still no action. I bought it because of his endorsement on this product. Their Service Stinks
