Charged me for cut sticks, then did not deliver them, and would not refund

When I ordered a paper cutter, it took months to arrive, but did arrive. Thankfully
(I wish I'd looked at usacomplaints.com before ordering)

It came time to buy supplies for the paper cutter, and so I ordered from them again. They charged my credit card immediately (in February), but the cut sticks did not arrive.

Around August I finally gave up and cancelled my order, but when I went to charge back on the Visa, it was too late to get my money back that way. Letterfolders (Chris) told me they'd mail me a check, but they never did, and when I contacted the BBB in NJ, he said he'd given me a store credit, but I've never seen that either.

They definitely are one of the sites on the internet to BEWARE of!

I will definitely look up all companies at this website before I order online again.
