Advanced pools screws his worker there pay, the first check held back for you to get when you leave, you won't get your money and while working for this company at anytime if he feels like he deducts money from your pay. Please he will bad mouth you to other company when they inquire about your work and you won't be able to get another job any place. They did this to my husband and now he is not able to work any place and now he has to take other work for very little money. He has ruin our life. Beware of richard fernback advanced pools
