I shot for this company for many years, and have to add to this-it is nothing like it was, very greedy, everything is centered around marketing.

They can and do edit what you see, partially to hide the faults of some of the novice shooters they send out, mostly to limit their costs. Photographers that are skilled are treated badly and leave, and a good shooter cannot, in good conscience, stay here if they value their reputation.

It is a shame what has happened, and they have some leftover middle management that have no idea what really matters to a bride and groom with regards to assignments of photographers. Upper management that I met impressed me as people who knew little about the business and a lot about marketing and profit margins.

I have to agree, RUN away from them-their sales pitch about professionalism, value and 'piece of mind' is just lip-service. When push comes to shove, you will be, at the very least, disappointed in how this company treats you. What you see here is just the tip of the iceberg.
