Tried to scam me out of money for a lotto payout that was overdue for claim

I received post the other day informing us we had won 475 600 Euros in the spanish lottery we did not have a ticket for. T contacted the number and spoke to a gentleman that never even gave his name, he just told me he was from some Global Security Agency and that I must fax him the documentation with a copy of my wifes ID which I did. I then did some research on the internet and came apon some disturbing news, this is a rip of and they steal peoples identities.
They proceeded to send us a a request that got me onto this website while searching the internet
