Ripoff fraud rude customer service reps

I ordered and received a watch for $750 C.O. D payed via money order. The Watch was not as expected so I returned it the same day. Ideal Watches promised to refund my money. Since 4 weeks I am waiting for the money to be returned. I keep calling them and the customer representativ continues telling me I will receive the money the following week. They are very rude. Today I called again, asking where my money is and that I will file a police and BBB report if I'm not receiving my refund immediately. Kathy, the person who is answering the phone, threatend to NOT sending me my money if I don't stop calling them.
