False advertising - claim to have product available when they do not. Wrongly charged my credit card for product that they are not sending for over two months

Ordered product shown as available online - got backorder notification, THEN they charged my card the next day w/o authorization even though it was on backorder. Website STILL shows product as being available even though it is not. Called to complain then was informed by 3 THREE seperate reps that product was in stock. Demanded overnight shipping then all of the sudden (after I complained) product is not in stock until over a month from now! Brenna and Lori were not sympathetic, absolutely did not care and offered no remedy. The company as a whole has horrible practices and has no regard for their own policies!
