Claim I signed up for their program when I bought aplane ticket Shelton Connectcut

I purchased a plane ticket through expedia.com and they claim that I signed up for their program when I accepted a coupon from their site. I accepted no coupons, and made very sure to make sure I don't sign up for extra services.

The company would not cancel my 'membership' nor would they refund my money. I contacted my bank, who then contacted the company, and they finally agreed to refund one month of their 'service' and remove my membership.

These companies need to be sent a clear message that defrauding people isn't okay, and tricking thousands into accepting memberships to some fake coupon program is not good business. I really think any company that works with these criminals should also be punished.
