Strange and waste of time employee service

The employee service has many adds in Monster and some other job sites but most of them are not real. It's a very strange company because they call you and when you call them back they don't answer or take a message. Then they don't call you back until a weeks later and want you resubmit your resume again. They tell you that they will call you back tomorrow and they don't call back. Someone else calls in about a week and wants your resume again. When asked on some of the adds that they had, they say that those jobs are on hold or they will look in it to see if it's available.

Anybody seeking employment, I would highly recommend looking someplace else for security and a more professional service. A company that requests someone information more than two times is very scary.
