Hard money rip off

I was contacted by Joseph Bolding He is a real estate investor, we wrote up a contract to do repairs on a house in the city of detroit.

He said he was working with hard money, And that he would pay me for the work. Well I did a lot of work at the house we where almost done when someone broke in and stole my tools out of the house.

They got about 5,000 in tools. Then the man has sent a dime for the work i did he tells me that he is just going to give the house back to royal american, and that was the last I heard of him.

So here i am out my tools no money for the work i did to the house and the mortage company is taking the house back and more or less telling me o-well all you can hope for is that it burns down in the middle of the night,

Well that dose me no good then tell me that joseph had no right to hirer me but they knew i was doing the work they have been to the house and took pics of the work i did.

I think this is like inlawful inrichment so how dose that work so they can sell the house to the next person for more money and not have to pay me they owe me over 10.000 for the work and 5000 for the tools that got stolen what a scam.

And i think they are working together on rip off contractors to get the home back in shape to resale for more money. Pretty good ha
