Isabelle Charoon From The Canada Post got ripped off of $159.99 Canada

I ordered a dvd from canada post thru the dvdplanet.org It cost me $159.99, and it NEVER arrived. MY post office told me it was sent to a person in Florida, whom i didn't know. We were able to trace her and speak to her directly. She said she never received it but that she had been getting packages from different places for things she did not order. She was also aware of the scam going on with people like myself getting ripped off or receiving poor quality products. Almost like they were homemade. This DVD was a gift for my parents for Christmas, the day came & went and not only myself but my siblings who chipped in for it had nothing to give them on christmas day. This really, really SUCKS... And i wont stop till i resolve the issue. I WANT MY MATLOCK FULL SEASON DVD, & I WANT IT NOW!!! The item # was CE513207064ca
