I ordered a dvd set for a Chrismas gift. I have been ripped off. Very unhappy Canada Ontario

I ordered a dvd set for a Christmas gift. I received an email saying estimated day of arrival is 12/21/07. Then I tracked my package, (seemed very legitimate at this point) and it said "arrived in destination country." The day of arrival changed to 12/24/07. Of course, it never came. Nor did it come the next day. I am very upset and will never order online again.
