Worst company I have dealt with in over 40 years Los Angeles california

Got online quote from 4-5 various moving companies.
They had lowest quote (approx.$1450), but did not advise of other "various" charges. Which, ended up almost doubling original quote ($2800)
No one will tell me what charge (DIS/ASS) for $135.00 was for.
No one will give me their last name.
I spoke with a Jonathan at 1-800-215-2129, who gave me the original quote, but when I called him back, he said he was giving someone else a quote and could I call back. When I did, he had the voicemail on instead.
I also spoke with a Mike, and a John, who referred me to a Stan in the Long Distance dept, who would only tell me to email their customer service dept, but would not give any name of some one in that dept, and would not give me his last name. He advised "someone" would get back to me in 1 to 2 weeks.
Everyone on the phone and the actual movers have Russian accents.

Lack of information before hand, lack of any decent customer service after the move.
