Ripoff Lying dishonest unethical company consumer rip-off fraud

Unfortunatley all too familair moving nightmare story. They were late picking up, they gouged walls, the overused unneeded supplies (and charged for them), the drivers were stupid (and creepy), the people in the office were even more stupid, they lied about the price, they lied about the delivery date, they ruined things, the ripped a brand new couch still in the wrapper from the store (takes special incompetence to do) wrapped wood furniture with cellophane tape, delivered items late, delivery drivers were stupid (and creepy), foreman gave me his word (something I thought people still held dear) that problems would be worked out.

Office staff made me jump through many hoops to submitt claim (Kafka fans read on) after hoop jumping was told I was entitled to a whopping $129, yipee. They were rude (and stupid, and creepy) the threatened me about making any complaints in forums like these. They wouldn't give me the President's name, they all have bad grammar. How these people can get up every day and go to work at such a place is beyond me-I may be out some money but still have my values and integrity. Poor souls. Don't EVER use this company, truly the lowest type of people-they make my skin crawl.
