I bought product from 1 Toystore, on 11/07. Part of the purchase was quit @ my doorway, by Fedex, 10/31/07 (Halloween event), when no body was open to obtain or indication for this. 1 Toystore's placement is, they're not accountable for shipping (purchases not obtained). Fedex mentioned 1 Toystore never requested a shipping signature card, as a result, they might abandon product, since no trademark was required. 1Toystore, whom must have submitted with FEDEX & did not, promises, I had a need to have required, having said that merchandise, not be quit, with no trademark, which so far as I contact inform, wasn't an obvious choice, on my purchase form. Meanwhile I am out-of around $100.00 value of merchandise.
