Charging debit card monthly fee of $29 without my permission

I am being charged a monthly fee for something I did not authorize. $29 a month for something I did not authorize, and it hits my accounts as Grant search assistant. WHen I call I am on hold forever as if they really don't exist and there's always approximately 84 callers ahead of me, and there is no easy way to get in touch with them. They give you no way to cancel and yet at the end of every month I see the same unauthorized charge. I am researching how to deal with this and get a lawyer to fiel a classaction law suit!
