I think I've been scammed by DVD Donkey

I purchased DVD's from DVD Donkey on 12-2. I never received a confirmation e-mail. I have made several attempts to find out about my order and never get thru on the toll free number. I have made contact with the Live Chat on there web site to 3 different people and get the same answers from all of them. They gave me a tracking number to check on Canadapost.ca
and they don't recognise my tracking number. I'm going to try to wait and see if I get my DVD's and I'll let you know what I receive and also I'll keep doing research on the company when I have time. I am going to try to contact the Authorities in Florida where the lady on there Live talk said there office is located. I don't know what city but I will try to find out. I am also going to talk to my creditcard company to see if I can get a credit back from this bogus company!!
