Larry Pierson Took 50% and never finished the jo

Larry Pierson, owner operator, of Texas Landscapes of the Metroplex came to our home and gave us a great design at a reasonable cost. He took our 50% deposit and said he would be back in a week to start our project. I became a bit skeptical when the check cashed in less than an hour but he did return our calls and installed our grass (only 12% of the contracted workload) only one week off schedule.

Then the real avoidance began. He stopped calling altogether and started only calling us after two or three calls to him. He had excuse after excuse and then finally no returns at all. That's when I googled him and found this report.

So we contacted the local police, filed a report, contacted our attorney and sent a demand for return payment. He will not get away with our money and you shouldn't allow him to get away with yours!
