Billed on Revolving Account for Purchases I Never Made

Macys Department Store in San Diego has sent me a revolving account bill with interest compounded for something I Did not purchase and will or can not send proof of who or what was purchased and by whom. Just keeps building interest and sending and telephoning me to pay them. Are they so desperate at Macys to get their money they have to go out and steal it from unsuspecting customers. Although I am not a customer of Macys to start with.
