Never delivered and charged!

I requested out of this organization named rx pharmacy online. They got 1 cc quantity requested me to provide another since it was rejected? PROVIDED another billed it for a lot more than I decided to spend and not delivered the merchandise. The amount they provided no body answers and also you cant keep a voice-mail. I requested the purchase be ended 2x. That's once they delivered me a following range that it had been looked. The following number doesn't exist.
