Terrible quality product!

Requested hand-painted marble tile 11/27. Rec'd 12/15. Quality of artwork is TERRIBLE! Vibrant orange door? (door is glass) bright-blue clouds straight above home t/out other things within the atmosphere, same bright-blue top and bright-blue within windows, etc... Immediately telephoned organization - on-hold an overall total of 2 hours. 36 min. - sent... Cont' to phone, mail everyday. Often on-hold around. 1 1/2 hours w/y dangling up or saving states "because of high-volume of calls yours CAn't be responded today" I've rec'd NO reaction out of this organization which tile is undesirable. I'm ashamed to actually display it to anybody and also the several which have observed it have mentioned "oh, it's awful!" I'm acutely disappointed and am shocked at individual projects insufficient customer support. Please support... I am simply seeking to be returned the $49.95 as I-do not need $ to simply discard. Thanks!
