How do you turn these people off?! I have requested a cancel on this magazine several times. Help

I have called to cancel this magazine on several occasions. They say they have no record of it, but they certainly do or how else can they keep sending notification that they are charging for another year of it.

All my attempts have been to no avail, and when I finally found a human to speak to, she claimed they had no record of the magazine, but we got another card yesterday. Help.
