Lack of cashiers at Christmas time

We visited kmart recently (12/22/07) to complete lastminute christmas shopping. Upon completing our items we visited checkout within the extremely long-line (20 people), for just two cashiers. We were inline for 40 moments, and during this period the point risen to 40. Somebody required more cashiers on 4 events, following the 3rd demand, 1 turned up. I don't realize why, this near to christmas with many individuals in the shop, one doesn't notice administration, or other workers. I did so discover 12 clients in this schedule abandon items on the ground and go out. Want to say sorry about the capital letters but i'm extremely upset!!! Easily do not below an answer to the problem by 12/30/07, i'm confirming to better business agency. Oh and incidentally bill# 0372812220700289304 and keep # 3728...
