Unsanitary bathrooms!

I'm writing to document a on a number of different topics relating to your Elkins, WV Big KMART shop. Each time I'm buying as of this shop the bathrooms are unsanitary. (no soap, no toilet paper, garbage and sanitary napkins laying all around the ground, no paper towels.) I've introduced this towards the revenue clerks interest many times, nothing is performed. Additionally, many events I've requested sales clerks for help finding costs, because nothing actually includes a cost about it. I had been informed on my last visit after I requested a moving purchase individual a cost check up on a product, " I actually donot understand and that I do not have a reader with me, " then she simply went away.
