Gauranteed me a grant of $10.000, but after i paid $300.00 service fee, they cut off all contact, phone lines are just busy, and wont respond back in email

They contacted me by phone, and said they got me approved for a grant, in the amount of $10.000, my consultant (patricia santos) even confirmed this to my landlord on the phone, because he was gonna allow me to take it out of my rent, i stressed the point that i was not employed, because i take care of my illgotten elderly mother, after mrs. Santos convinced myself, and my landlord that all was gauranteed, i sent the fee of $300.00, on 11-2-07, and i found out the check was deposited in a bank in anaheim ca. The phone lines are a fast busy! They will not respond back to me by email! Even their website was closed, now its in a different format, ive filed several reports, even the i-team in their area, and im not done. I want my fee refunded, and the other people should get theirs as well. Not only did they take the holiday from me and my mom, they caused me to be behind in my rent, and bills. Its a shame they cant find a better way to make a living. I filed for the grant to start a home business, and to pay bills, so i can take care of my mom, and myself the way we deserve, one thing for sure. We all reap what we soe!
