Fed Ex Ground
Never delivered suitcase and POOR / RUDECUSTOMER SERVICE

I shipped my suitcase Fed Ex Ground. Lady at the counter in Boynton beach florida told me if I take insurance a signature will eb required at delivery so I did not do so as I work and wanted suitcase left at my door.

A week after shipping suitcas enever came. I spend 4 hours the following 2 days with local, corporate and National Fed Ex folsk all of whom cou;d only say " package is on the truck for delivery today" thsi was said every day for 5 days. No one knows why the suitcas eis not here or remains on truck and apparently no one can " ASK the fdriver or LOOK in the truck'
meantime they said for a 45 pound suitcase with 10 days worth of fromal and casual clothes and shoes they will give me 100.00 intotal..
