Starting debit their fee before machine was delivered, harrassing calls, sold contract from another client

My husband was talked into signing for an ATM machine, the sales person in Illinois, Tom Stanovich, was very pursuasive. My husband, didn't know what he was signing. The ATM machine was not delivered until 11/29/06, MBF Leasing had started debiting our bank account in August. MBF would call several times a day, we found out that Mr Stanovich had some how sold a contract to us.

When I talked to them they kept telling me that I had been paying since our business opened on May. Couldn't understand until later. I would like to find out if anybody in Chicago or in the state of Illinois has had this problem. I have filed a complaint with the Cook County State's attorney, here in Chicago. I have a machine doing nothing and they want me to pay their fee. The salesperson was misleading and didn't explain, at one time he came in, my husband was busy, the salesperson said to sign he would take care of it. These sales people try to become your friend, they talk to you so that you can trust them.
