Did not stand behind there product Hollywood

On Dec. 2 I purchased a Waffle Baker from this company on Home Shopping Club (just to say I have never had "any" issues with Home Shpping Club) My Waffle Baker broke on Nov. 17 it had only been used maybe 20 times in the 11mths that I had it.

I contacted Wolf Gang Puck (WP Productions) on Monday Nov. 19th and was told because I have a plus warrenty with Home Shopping Club call them after Dec. 2nd and they may replace it. Well I ended up calling Wolf Gang Puck back and telling them to handle it. It cost me $18.21 to ship this item back to them because they refused to pay for shipping on there product that broke in less than 1 year period of time. And when the Waffle Baker broke the handle came off and it was too hot to move because I had been cooking on it for about 30 min so the last waffle was burnt in the griddle and was unable to remove all of the burnt waffle. I explained that to the rep. When I called wp productions and was told to send to entire Waffle Baker back to them because they no longer sold my model but would probably replace my Waffle Baker for a new one.

Instead I got in the mail the same Waffle Baker with the handle glued back on and the same old waffle still stuck on the griddles. I called Wolf Gang Puck and was told well we fixed the handle and it works now what do you want from us now. I spoke to a manager who also said the same thing to me and also said well that is how you sent it to us what did you want us to do wash it for you too. She also told me that the Waffle Baker I had is no longer being sold and that I would have to buy the updated one if I wanted a new one.

She hung up the call with me saying she will check and see if she can order me some new griddle plates for mine but dont think that is possible because they do not come off.
