Waffle House ripoff

My boyfriend and I have eaten at the Waffle House 4 times in the past 3 months. We have visited 4 different locations all within approx. 30 miles of each other. We always order the same meal and have been charged 4 different prices even though the prices on the menus have all been the same.

I order the 2 eggs, toast and sausage plate with coffee and he gets the ham & cheese omelet, double hashbrowns with ham and cheese with a coke. Our totals have ranged from just over $9 to almost $16.

I just dont understand how there could be a price difference of nearly $7 when the prices on the menus have all been the same. I dont care to pay for decent food but $16 is a little much for the food I received. What gives with the Waffle House?
