Roofblok rips off truck drivers on shipping bills roofblok will not pay their shipping bills, when you call to collect they hang up on you! 53 ayer road, massachusetts

I am a truck driver leased on to a company out of South Dakota, so I am an owner operator. I hauled a load for This company ROOFBLOK back in June. The bill came due September for the amount of $2,900 dollars.

They never sent a check to pay the bill, so my company contacted them on serveral occasions and they will not answer the phone to them or returns calls.

So now I have to pay back my company $2,900 because my company pays me up front and if they can not collect on the bills I have to pay the money back.

I myself started calling the company and every time I call they hang up on me or I get their voicemail and i ask them to return my call. I even offered to set up a payment plan on one message I had left them, but still no calls have been returned.

Its been 6 months since I delivered their load, so I more less paid for the fuel to deliver THEIR load. Its hard enough Im a truck driver out on the road away from my family, and I have dishonest people taking away from my family.

One of my buddies that i work with also took the same load and still has never been paid on it either, so we are now working on filing criminal charges for Theft of Service. (intent not to pay)
