The worst service ever!

I had company out last week to repair my refrigerator. Besides the fact that they did not show up on time, they gave me an estimate that was extremely expensive. Knowing I had children and could not live with a broken refrigerator, I had it repaired for their outrageous price. When my husband came home, he called their customer service to ask for an adjustment on the price, but they refused stating the estimate was already signed and those were their standard rates. I would never recommend a company that treats their customers this way. This company is the biggest RipOff I've hade the displeasure of giving my business to.
