I was terminated for getting sick

I strarted with Crete in Jan I hurt my back in Jan and was out of work till April. I did not file any workmens comp at that time and went back to work.

I was in Georgia, and developed a leg infection. I drove from Georgia to Dallas Texas, delivered my load and took the truck to the terminal in Wilmer, TX. I requested then to go to the Doctor, the manager T, wanted me to find my own way, but finally let another driver take me to the doctor.

The Doctor sent me directly to the Hospital. The first night in the hospital I received a phone call from the manager that my guranteed family leave had expired and that I was terminated. She had of concern about my health.

She then turned the truck over to another driver without letting my wife have time to get my belongings. They mailed me what they said was in the truck, except that it was short about $125. Oo in things I had.
