Two months, multiple phone calls and still not resolved
I began to sign up for a promotion for a Dish Network provider called Allsat. I had actually selected cancel and had decided not to sigh up. Lo and behold the next day a sales rep calls me the very next asking if I wanted to sign up for Dish. When I asked how she got my information she said they begin tracking your information as soon as you begin filing out the form (before you hit submit). This made me a bit wary but I wanted Dish badly so went ahead and I signed up.

The rep said we where getting a special promotion with free installation, 3 months free of HBO and Max, and HD programming with the Top 100 total around $30 a month. A week later the installer showed up and set everything. After Missing a few import channels we upgraded to the Top 200 this made the total about $55 / month.

We checked online (Dish net work website) to see what our bill was and it was over $200! We where being charged for the installation, HBO, MAX and HD channels! We called Allsat and the message stated that we should e-mail Allsat customer service. We did not get a response. We finally got someone on the phone and they referred us to Dish Network customer support. After being referred back to Allsat, Dish customer service finally looked up our account and stated that we had no contact, that to get the deal we wanted we would have to commit to 18 months. Allsat did not input our order correctly to Dish! We called Allsat and they stated that this was impossible all orders where submitted for 18 months. Several calls over the next two weeks and we where referred to the Executive branch of Dish they promised it would be fixed. We check our bill last week and it was over $300. Each time Dish states they will fix it and nothing is done! Allsat is not help all - thye got their money! If Dish does not fix this we are going to tell then to come get their equipment and stick it where the sun does not shine!
