Has anyone else Not received there Promotion Gift from Allsat?
I signed up with Dish Network through Allsat with the promise of a promotion gift of a Theater sound system.
They said since Dish gave a discount for 3 months to me, that I had to wait till I paid my first Full bill and send it to them along with the form they had me fill out.
I sent them the form, my bill and a copy of my money order proving the first full monthly payment. I should mention I called them first to make sure I was sending in everyting correctly, they said I was.
I waited the 8 weeks for delivery, got nothing. I called, was told by a Scott that he couldn' find my stuff but It was probably there somewhere and it would most likely be send shortly. He also said there was a web site I could go to to check up on it. Never found that.
So today I call to check again. They sent me to Dish Network, who, sent me back to Allsat, back and forth. Then after I kept insisting for a superior to talk to they sent me to, Scott? Who was obnoxious, told me ohh, we declined that on Feb 2nd, and said I didnt send in all the forms. After we argued that a bit I said fine I will resend them then. He then says I can't do that because the post mark would be too late. This is Bull. When were they going to tell me they declined it on the 2nd, never, they just hoped I would go away.
I checked the BBB in Mo, should have done that from the begining, they have 64 bad reports for a number of things.
I'm not going away. They never intended to give me the promotion they promised. And, there site still runs the same ad.
If anyone else has had this or a similur problem with them or is starting a class action suite count me in.
I could have gotten Dish Network elsewhere, but of course I choose Allsat because of there free promotions.
Dish Network should stop using them to bring customes, they hold a part in this too.
