I paid 700.00 for 20 hours of research from Ancestral Branches. The check was immediately cashed and I waited three months before I tried to start contacting someone at this company.

I was concerned after 3 or 4 e-mails, 1 letter to the p.O. Box and 1 phone message to the provided number on their web site went unanswered!

Today I started looking on the internet with the help of a friend, I found this site and the BBB of PA where complaints have been submitted on this company.

I am filing a complaint here and with the BBB of PA and am hoping for the best. At this point, I would just like my money back as I do not trust any research that would come from this genealogy site to be true and accurate.
