Terrible experience!

I recently delivered a product using the bill. I expected for store credit however they explained it'd been more than 90 times and that I could not return it. It wasn't a periodic product plus they make it constantly. I'm an individual who retains all bills. This informs me that I'd have now been better-off to go in with no bill. Atleast I really could have gotten my store credit. I was not requesting MONEY.
