Senior Citizen Gets $408.36 Collection Notice for Florida Number

I received a collection notice from Afni Inc. On 1/19/07 stating that I owed Verizon $408.36 on an old bill.
They listed a phone number with a florida area code. I have not been in florida for over five years and never had a verizon account

I have always paid my bills on time and have never received a collection notice. I am a senior citizen and it is very upsetting to have been a potential victim of a scam artist
