I called this company to request service and contacted directory assistancewho had no listing for United Home warranty. I attempted an online contact and never received a reply. I am fortunate that my service needs turned out to be minor and easily fixed at a lower cost that if the serviceman came out. But I am out the balance of the warranty as they appear to have vanished.
