If you receive an email, letter or fax from the United
States Company Directory (USCD) asking you to join their business directory,
please be advised that this is a scam. The letter looks official with an eagle
& USCD on a shield.

They submit a form for a search directory that appears to be
free of charge but under the very fine print there is actually an annual fee of
$900 for duration of five years.

Once we realized this
was a scam project, we tried contacting the company and they were unresponsive
and they have since then taken down their websites and all contact info can no
longer be found.

We have tried numerous ways of contacting them to be taken
off their services but cannot get in touch with anyone. Please do not respond
to this companys emails and report any emails you receive as well.

If you do send this form back to them they will attempt to
collect from you and send you to collections if you do not pay.
