Broke a real estate contract

This realtor/broker wrote a contract to buy a house with a completion date of 60 days. On the 63rd day, she left a voicemail saying she was canceling the purchase agreement. For four days, she would not return phone calls, no contact whatsoever.

Lazy broker who couldn't get her funding would not let anyone else help, and when she couldn't complete a difficult transaction, whe just walked away.
