Mark Flynn, the piece of crap who steals money from investors and hard money loaners. Stay away from this guy because he will screw you over. I know of at least 2 other persons who have been duped by this guy.

I gave him $15K to do a real estate loan deal that he never came through on and made promises to pay it back after he took the money and used it for his own personal gain. I think his mortgage business has now failed and he is sniffing around doing deals with other people. Beware! Look out Tacoma and Gig Harbor, WA.investors!!
