USIS produced False information to Employers purchasing Employee Background Check

I Found a Local Employer whom was hiring for a possition that paid double the salary I earned, The Employer was out of town and required extra miles and time to drive to for 2 interviews, I was hired pending my Background check. The employer cut all communication with me for weeks finaly I was told my Background check came back with excesive criminal behavior. I beleived this was a simple error that could be fixed rather quickly with USIS/DAC and contacted them immedietly but could not get through for days.

When finally a represenitive answered I was given instructions to get my finger prints done and to fax them to USIS/DAC of course by then this employer passed me up. My Career requires a DAC everywhere I go. Dac informed me there would be an investigation, I continued to turn in Applications to other oppertunitys and was rejected because of my DAC.

Weeks later in a verbal conversation with DAC they informed me this matter was clear they appoligize for the inconvinence. They also noted the person with the same name and Birthday as mine was African American and did not hold the same Social Security number. Later that week 45 days later 2 more rejections came to my home in the mail for employment. DAC sent me a copy of what they sent the employer

This time my name and Birthday and Social Security number matched to this Criminal whom was not me... I could not beleive this I was now desperate for employment, I could not receive a job anywhere that was going to pay me for my experience... I had to take a pay cut and work for horrible employers.

I again called DAC 2 weeks later and was told there was a mix up and thety corrected it at that moment. I requested that DAC contact all employers whom paid them for a correct Background check on me. They told me they would not do this. Since then my family has struggled and we are 3 months behind on our mortgage and $20,000 in debt because of my pay cut.

Today I was given another opportunity to make quadruple the money I make now. This is a previous company whom paid DAC 3 times for correct information and was not given it. They refuse to pay again and have requested That I furnish them with the Correct information. I immedietly called DAC only to get an answering machine and now there closed for a 4 day weekend. We will see later this week if DAC will require me to purchase my own Background Check or will correct this matter or my final stage is to file for Bankruptcy.

This is not the only issue with Dac, they also have False information from my previous employers and incorrect and missing information from past employers but nothing drastic enough to halt Employment. This Company is attempting to globalize on the front of identity with the United States and other Countrys but there information gathering is very archaic and causes more damage then good.
