Bullmastiff Breeder, sold dog with contract for AKC reg and we have yet to get it, she is holding them to scam more money Szekszard

We purchased a Female Bullmastiff Puppy early we were promised the pedigree at a later date and received it in December, over 6 months later!
I then tried to register her with the American Kennel Club, they couldn't as they needed an export pedigree from the Hungarian Kennel Club.
I contacted the breeder, she agreed to help me to get the export pedigree if I sent her the standard one back to her address along with $125. I did this in September 07 after several attempts for her to respond to me.
She told me that the export pedigree was in the process of being done and to check with the Kennel club in a week, this was Sept 18th. I did as asked and the Kennel Club told me that there was no export pedigree and that she had not been there or sent anything, nor paid the money. Now she has changed her email address and will not answer calls. My dog has since had puppies, one of which we had planned on keeping to show but are unable to register them, another is to be sold under the premise that she can also be shown.
The Kennel Club cannot do anything as she has the papers and will not issue an export pedigree unless they get the standard one back for their records.
I have tried everything and even emailed begging for her to just mail them to the kennel club and forget about the money but nothing has come of it, she has dissappeared..
I have not been unreasonable to this person, it has been almost 2 years and still nothing, I just want my registration papers (export) so that I can have my dog registered here. I do have a contract from a friend of theirs on the US who has also dissappeared... I would like this breeder to be reprimanded and for no one else to suffer what we have been through. I have emails and other documents to prove all of this.
This breeder also breeds English Bulldogs under the name Vortigern Bulldogs and her kennel name for Bullmastiffs is K.K.K. Pride.
