I purchased an item from AquariumGuys.com that was not labelled to clearly on their website. When I received the item and it was the wrong one I took further steps to see why it was not right. I came to find out that the item I ordered has 2 different versions of the same make and model number just one was a newer verion and one was an older one. There was no mention of this on their web site so I feel as though I am in the right by saying it is not my mistake.in attempts to contact AquariumGuys.com I could not talk to someone that can help me. The only people I was able to talk to were sales consultants whom did not handle returns or problems with orders. I was told that the only way to contact customer support was through e-mail which has become a game. They not only didn't listen to me but basically said that it is my problem and not theirs.
