Neglected my child refused to respond refused to refund

They
started on August 21. They were there no longer than 3 weeks before I had to remove them. The went for a free day on August 1. My 1 year old cried the
entire day. Then when she arrived home we noted a bruise on her cheak as well as dried stool on her. I have photographs to document these findings.
I called the center and spoke to a coordinator.
I was assured these things do not happen. I explained that if the center could not handle my children I needed to know BEFORE I started school so that I could make other arrangements and not have to miss class.
The girls then started August 21. Three weeks of hell followed. My 1 year old started going just a few hours a day to ease her in to it. My 3 year old went
full time. My 1 year old was REPEATEDLY left in soiled diapers. She have even soiled through her clothing and was left in it for 4 hours until i arrived
to pick her up. I then had to transport her home in a diaper. I asked verbally and in writting that she be changed more often. She was not. I had my mother go to pick her up so that I would not have to miss anymore
school and she found my 1 year old on the floor, in a soiled diaper EATING FOOD FROM THE FLOOR! I was then informed that she was only being given the
bottle she arrived with because at no point did anyone bother to mention she needed premade bottles even though I repeatedly asked if there were any problems. I was then called out of class to come and get her because
the center could not calm her. Again she was in a soiled diaper. She was born with some complications which i addressed upon her starting however they totally disreguarded anything I asked to be done to help her with the transition. The care she recieved was so neglectful it is OUTRAGOUS! I am shocked and appauled that anyone would treat a child this way. I had only
heard good things about Kindercare. This center proves otherwise.

My 3 year old continuously told me the teacher was mean. She was even sent home with a tiny rubberband around her wrist that left a ring for serveral
hours. She never played outside or brought home anything she had colored.

She loved daycare at first and after 2 weeks she cried and didn't want to go. Even after stopping care there she still cries when we drive by there. Not to mention the fact that boys and girls go potty together with the
door open. WHAT KIND OF CENTER DOES THIS? Her teacher NEVER knew i She had eaten or what she had done during the day. I am livid but more than that I am concerned for the care of these other children. I contacted
customer care by email, then I phoned 3 times. When the regional director FINALLY contacted be after a month of me trying to contact them he called at 7:45 on a Saturday morning and then did not even ask what the problem was. He said "I'm sorry, I've been away dealing with family problems." but then he did not even ask what the problems had been. He did not address my concerns. My children were not cared for. I had to miss school, spend extra money on gas to pick them up early, I had to pay someone else to watch them as well as now pay a fee for a center for My 3 year old However my 1 year old
is so distraught over this she has to remain with grandma because she is so terrified of stangers now. It is to the point if she can't see me or Grandma she becomes hysterical. I feel that I was forced to remove my children because of this centers negligence. I was
forced to make other arrangements even though I was assured before they started that everything would be fine.
