USUS Work Alliance SCAM! I bought a study guide thinking it would help me w / a postal exam and there is no such thing of this company. No numbers or websites work!

I bought a kit and was told on the phone that the study guide I had bought would help me pass the exam and get a job with the postal service. They charged my account almost $130.00 and now that I have recieved the kit the phone numbers don't work, nor the web site doesn't work. I want my money back and need help.
