Erikah hewitt lied to about faxed addendum twice, p. O box 5180 simi valley california

I spoke to Erikah on aug. 21. I told her I was going through a financial hardship and could no longer afford the monthly fees and wanted to cancel, at which time she told me there would be a heffty fee, which i was told in the beginning there would be no fee I could cancel anytime. She suggested an addendum to lower my monthly payment to 9.95 amonth for the remaining 8 months of my contract. She faxed me the addendum, I immediately signed it and faxed it back. It stated my new fees would take effect starting Oct. 2. They deducted 139.00 out of my bank account for oct. I called Erikah back on oct. 8, she tried to tell me she never recieved the fax. My fax machine said fax recieved. She never called me back to tell me she never recieved it. She asked me if I still had the original addrendum if so to refax it and my new fees would go into effect in nov. So i refaxed it immediately and I called her and left a message that I had just faxed it and to please let me know if she got it, which during our phone call she said she would let me know. She never called me back, even after several more messages left for her to please let me know. Once again they took 124.00 out of my bank for nov. I know that 59,95 of it is for website pros but that means they charged me the old fee of 64.00 and some odd cents. I tried several times to reach her by phone on nov. 9th, only to get her voice mail and no return call. I'm sure she is going to tell me she never recieved the second fax either, and I'd be interested to know why she never returned my call to let me know she hadn't recieved it. I really feel she needs to refund the extra money she took out of my account and start taking what I signed for her to take 9.95 plus the 59.95 for websight pros or refund my money and cancel my ontract and waive any remaining fees. If I could afford it I would love to sue this company as this situation has put aot of stress on me and on my marriage as the extra money they have taken came out of my husbands money and he is furious.
