No Customer Support, No phone number, No address - they are set up to rob people! Oklahoma City I Think

I was weak, I was rushed, I was not focused. I got an email to try a diet product for "free" - $4.95 was all I had to pay for shipping. When it arrived, I found a warning on the label about high blood pressure patients, so I decided to wait until the bill came (I had put this on a credit card), and I would simply contact them via their 800 number, cancel, and return the free sample. To my dismay, when I called the 800 number on my bill, it was a company that only provided shipping services. I was instructed to go to
"Nexgenlabsusa.com" and open a ticket. This process proved to be extremely
frustrated. I would get an email a few days later instructing me to open a ticket, so I would open another one, etc. Etc. Finally, I was told by submitting the email to get the free product, I was actually obligated to return it within 15 days. Within 20 days, they sign you up for autoship, and bill that same credit card for $149.95!!! I filed a complaint with my credit card company, returned the product they shipped after the free sample, and am being told there is nothing anybody can do.
We need to bring this company down! I am wondering if we could hire a PI to locate these people. I've accepted that I'm out the $200, goodness knows there are people in the world with far worse problems than this one, but it's the principle of not being honest, forthright, or concerned about customer satisfaction that bothers me. Thank you for reading this.
