Poor return policy!

I obtained 2 products like a present only recently attempted them on after I arrived home - the apparel did not match. The individual I obtained the present from thought the things they offered me was the present receipt but come to discover when attempting to return them at goal it had been simply there study part of the bill. I mentioned an in store credit could be good but was informed that as a result of new plan were only available in July they might not apply this for almost any products over $20. Obviously it was really unsettling in my experience and questioned what might they be performing when the holidays arrived around and individuals did not get a gift bill etc... Etc... Obviously she couldn't clarify she just enforces the guidelines determined by there corporate practices and offered me the amount to visitor providers who consequently offered me exactly the same info.

This company is managing all their clients like thieves and must be barred - there's no additional shop that I understand of this includes a plan similar to this - all shops atleast surrender store credit - the things I'd totaled perhaps $40 bucks.

This plan is just around hoping to maintain this company lucrative!
